An entertaining NODA Pantomime script by Ron Hall containing a variety of well played nursery rhyme characters, plus the wicked Baron Bluebeard and the aptly named Frank N Stein, played by Malcolm Barker and the word-perfect Tony Barrow respectively, creating havoc by pushing Humpty Dumpty (Colin Tolley) off his wall.
Sarah Leanne Humphreys was a delightful Princess Crystal - the object of Baron Bluebeard's unwanted attention - with Anthony Farrell as her hero Tommy Tucker. Comedy was in the capable hands of Brian Kenwright as Simple Simon and Susie Jones as the lovelorn Bo-Peep with Neil Silcock as Old King Cole and Alan Davies as Queen Ribena.
The producer and choreographer combined their talents to perform as Clara the Cow but I would not dare to venture a guess as to which of them was at the front (or rear!)
Musical numbers were lively and to Heather Whyte's usual high standard
